Red Wine

Reserva (Field Blend)

Quinta do Vallado · Douro, Portugal

About this wine

Quinta do Vallado is one of the oldest and most famous estates in the Douro Valley, historically known for Port but now a leader in unfortified dry wines. Their Reserva is a very full-bodied field blend of traditional Portuguese grapes, including Touriga Nacional and Sousão. Powered by vibrant high acidity and a 14.5% ABV, it presents a massively structured, densely layered palate. This commanding red wine requires substantial culinary partners, excelling alongside hearty beef, rich pasta, lamb, and game meat.
