Cruzat's Cuvée Nature is a premium traditional method sparkling wine from the high-altitude Uco Valley in Argentina. Blending Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this zero-dosage sparkler offers a full-bodied texture cut by vibrant high acidity and a 12.5% ABV. Cruzat is widely respected for producing some of South America's finest sparkling wines. Its bone-dry finish and complex structure make it an outstanding culinary companion for veal, pork, game meat, rich fish, poultry, and vegetarian dishes.
