Clos St. Thomas Rouge is a robust red blend from the high-altitude Bekaa Valley in Lebanon. Marrying Syrah/Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, it yields a full-bodied wine with medium acidity and a 14.0% ABV. Lebanon boasts one of the world's oldest winemaking traditions, and the Bekaa Valley's warm days and cool nights produce wines of great depth and spice. This rich red pairs wonderfully with beef, lamb, game, spicy foods, poultry, and matured hard cheeses.
